Conduct safety meetings, toolbox talks, and pre-task briefings.

Inspect the site regularly for safety hazards and ensure proper personal protective equipment (PPE) use.

Comply with structural works standards and Building and Construction Authority (BCA) guidelines.

Inspect completed work to verify it matches approved plans, drawings, and quality standards.

Coordinate communication between project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and clients.

Resolve technical challenges and day-to-day on-site issues promptly
