Job Description

• Position Title: Sales Associate
• Working Location: Central, East & West
• Working Hours: 6 days per week, 44-hour work week
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Commission + Performance Bonus + AWS
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and attend to customers professionally.
• Promote products and provide suitable recommendations based on customer needs.
• Support daily store operations and ensure smooth store functioning.
• Assist with sales activities to achieve individual and store targets.
• Maintain good product knowledge and store presentation standards.
• Build positive relationships with customers through strong communication and service.
• Perform other ad hoc duties assigned by management.

• Comfortable working 6 days a week, including shift duties and public holidays.
