Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturer – Dairy Products
• Position Title: Export Shipping Executive
• Working Location: Pioneer /Tuas
• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon to Fri: 8:45am – 5.30pm)
• Salary Package: Basic + AWS + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Provide logistics solutions and support to new and existing customers.
• Manage export documentation and daily operations.
• Book vessel space and confirm with customers.
• Coordinate with SFA for Export Health Certificates.
• Prepare documents for banks (L/C & D/P payments), embassies, and government authorities.
• Verify freight charges and ensure financial security before shipment.
• Oversee warehouse and production operations; handle stock allocation.
• Perform other ad hoc assignments and special projects as needed.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in the food industry preferred.
• Knowledge of ERP systems is a plus.
