Customs & Trade Compliance Executive / & TradeSenior Executive #HJH

The successful candidate should have strong hands-on knowledge of *Singapore Customs regulations, with practical experience in **TradeNet, Portnet, Certificates of Origin (CO), Free Trade Agreement (FTA) documentation, permit applications and HS Code classification*.

Key Responsibilities

* Prepare and submit *import, export and transshipment declarations via TradeNet*.

* Handle applications for *Certificates of Origin (CO)* and *FTA certificates*, including:

* Form D

* Form E

* RCEP Certificate of Origin

* Form AJ

* Chamber Certificate of Origin

* Apply for *Controlled Goods and Strategic Goods permits*, including:

* CA Permit

* Strategic Goods Permit

* Transshipment Permit

* Other applicable regulatory licences and permits

* Review *product information, HS Codes, country of origin, destination country and applicable FTAs* to determine the correct customs declarations, permits and certificates.

* Ensure full compliance with *Singapore Customs regulations, trade laws and internal compliance requirements*.

* Liaise with *Singapore Customs, government agencies, chambers of commerce, customers and internal stakeholders* on customs and trade-related matters.

* Monitor regulatory changes, customs policies and developments relating to FTAs.

* Provide professional *customs and trade compliance advice* to support business operations.

* Investigate and resolve customs declaration discrepancies, documentation issues and other operational matters.

* Support other departmental responsibilities and ad hoc assignments as required.
