Business Analyst (CAT-1)

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS NEEDED
- Proven record of collecting and synthesizing data to derive actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to pitch ideas and influence stakeholders.
- End to end experience working with product team to build products.
- Ability to work effectively and independently under pressure and prioritize effectively to meet tight deadlines.
- Computer science, product management related degrees or diplomas are a plus
RESPONSIBILITY

- Drive product outcomes by delivering actionable insights.

- Conduct market analyses to identify problem space and opportunity size.

- Evaluate existing solutions to identify unique opportunities or areas ofsynergies.

- Conduct user interviews and gather insights to inform formulation of problemstatement.

- Define key success factors, identify relevant metrics, and build dashboardsto track metrics.

- Analyse results post- release to identify areas of improvement.

- Analyse impact of requested changes, assess reasonableness of resourcerequirements.
