AB03 - Marketing Manager (Education)

Position Title : Marketing Manager

Location : Marine Parade

Working days : Monday to Friday

Working hours : 8:30 AM – 6:15 PM (44 hours/week)

Salary : $5800 - $6200

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute 360° marketing campaigns across digital, social, content, and offline channels

• Drive digital marketing efforts including paid media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and website content management

• Own social media strategy and content planning across multiple brand platforms

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, school centres, and external agency partners to deliver high-quality, on-brand campaigns

• Monitor and report on campaign performance with actionable insights and recommendations

• Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all touchpoints

• Support the CMO in brand-building, parent engagement, and marketing innovation projects

Requirements:

• 5–8 years of relevant marketing experience, ideally in a brand-side, or agency environment

• Prior exposure to multi-brand marketing or the education sector is advantageous but not essential

• Knowledge of digital and social media platforms, analytics, and content strategy
