Sales Executive

DDG Glass is expanding, and we are looking for dynamic Sales Executives to join our growing team!

Key responsibilities

• Proactively identify, develop, and drive new business opportunities to expand market
• Deeply bond with, manage, and scale existing customer accounts to maximize lifetime value
• Build and maintain high-trust, long-term relationships with key decision-makers, including developers, contractors, architects, and consultants
• Consistently achieve (or exceed) sales targets to contribute directly to company revenue growth
• Monitor industry trends, competitor movements, and emerging market shifts to identify new commercial opportunities
• Maintain an accurate, up-to-date sales pipeline and prepare data-driven reports for management review
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project follow-up, seamless delivery, and ultimate client satisfaction
  
  

Job Requirements:

• Candidate with 1-2 years of sales experience. Welcome fresh graduates to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build client trust
• Proficiency with sales/marketing tools (CRM, MS Office, social media platforms)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to capture new opportunities
• Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work independently
• Mandarin speaker is preferred for this position to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients
