Job Description

• Manage and coordinate daily food production to meet schedules, quantities, recipes, and quality standards.

• Ensure food quality, consistency, hygiene, and safety in line with HACCP/GMP requirements.

• Supervise and train kitchen and production staff, including manpower allocation and daily work assignments.

• Monitor raw materials, food costs, production yield, inventory, and wastage to improve efficiency.

• Ensure equipment and workplace safety, and report maintenance issues when required.

• Work with QA, R&D, Procurement, Warehouse, and Production teams to resolve issues and improve processes.

• Support new product trials, recipe improvements, audits, and continuous improvement projects.
