Are you passionate about employee engagement, workplace wellbeing and organisational culture?

Join a dynamic HR team where you’ll play an important role in initiatives that strengthen employee experience, build a positive workplace culture and support employee retention.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Design, implement and evaluate employee wellbeing programmes based on organisational needs
• Coordinate with external vendors for health-related workshops, talks and wellbeing campaigns
• Provide administrative support to the Health & Wellbeing Committee
• Prepare and submit relevant incident reports within stipulated timelines
• Support initiatives to enhance Employee Assistance Programmes
• Plan and execute employee wellbeing and engagement initiatives
• Develop strategies to strengthen employee morale, satisfaction and retention
• Gather and analyse employee feedback to identify trends and improvement opportunities
• Conduct mental wellness surveys, evaluate outcomes and coordinate follow-up initiatives
• Support broader Talent Management activities including culture development, leadership development, performance management and HR projects
