Job Summary

The Food Packer is responsible for packing, labelling, and preparing meals and beverages for airline flights while ensuring strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, and airline quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Pack airline meals, snacks, and beverages accurately according to flight schedules and specifications
• Portion, label, and seal food items correctly to meet quality standards
• Inspect food quality, freshness, and presentation before packing to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain hygiene and food safety standards by following HACCP and GMP protocols
• Adhere to airline-specific catering guidelines and loading instructions for safe delivery
• Clean and sanitize workstations, tools, and packing areas to uphold cleanliness standards
• Assist with inventory control to reduce food waste and optimize resource use
• Work efficiently under time constraints to meet flight departure deadlines
• Comply with health, safety, and company policies consistently during all tasks
