We’re looking for individuals who want to develop beyond basic sales skills and build capabilities in communication, customer management and leadership.

As a Sales & Marketing Specialist, you will work directly with customers while receiving structured coaching and practical development.

Individuals who demonstrate strong communication, consistency and leadership potential may be given opportunities to support newer team members and take on additional responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

* Represent established brands professionally

* Conduct face-to-face customer engagement

* Understand customer requirements

* Present products and services

* Handle customer enquiries and objections

* Participate in marketing campaigns and events

* Attend regular training and development sessions

* Work towards individual and team objectives

* Support and coach newer team members as responsibilities increase

* Participate in team development activities

Requirements

* Full-time availability

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills

* Self-motivated and proactive

* Willing to receive feedback and coaching

* Comfortable working towards targets

* Able to work independently and as part of a team

* Customer-facing, sales or leadership experience is an advantage

Salary & Benefits

* Monthly salary: $2,000 – $4,000+, depending on experience, performance and overall compensation structure
