Job Summary

Responsible for driving business growth, managing client relationships, securing new opportunities, preparing commercial proposals, and supporting contract negotiations within the maritime, offshore, and marine sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the maritime and offshore industry.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vessel owners, ship managers, offshore contractors, shipyards, and strategic partners.
• Support full sales cycle, from lead generation and client engagement to negotiation and contract closure.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, tenders, and technical-commercial submissions.
• Support contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and commercial risk assessments.
• Coordinate tender activities with operations, engineering, and procurement teams.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipelines, and reports for senior management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Maritime, Marine Engineering, Business, Logistics, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in maritime, offshore, marine, shipping, or oil & gas industries.
• Experience in sales, business development, commercial, chartering, or tender management roles.
• Knowledge of tendering, contract management, and commercial negotiations.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Willingness to travel when required.
