F&B Boutique Supervisor

The Boutique Supervisor is a hands-on, customer-facing team leader responsible for managing daily shift operations and sales, training the service crew, and elevating our boutique’s service and operational standards. This role ensures a delightful experience at every customer touchpoint, fosters a positive work environment, and upholds the company’s values in service and operational excellence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

To manage and oversee day-to-day shift operations, support and guide the crew, and deliver world-class customer experiences at every touchpoint in line with Company standards through:

Operations Management

• Coordinate daily shift operations, ensuring smooth opening, closing, and adherence to SOPs

• Maintain boutique cleanliness, inventory, and consumables, including receiving deliveries and replenishing stock

• Ensure accuracy in cashiering, timesheets, and shift reporting

• Support boutique cost KPIs and assist the Boutique Manager with crew rostering and manpower planning

• Continuously improve daily operations, and personally set up, tear down, and provide service at off-site events

Team Leadership & Development

• Lead, train, and guide the service crew in delivering best-in-class customer experiences

• Interview, induct, and evaluate crew performance, providing ongoing feedback and support

• Model the brand's values and uphold crew morale, discipline, and professionalism
  

Customer Service & Experience

• Proactively engage, serve, and delight customers across the boutique, events, and other channels

• Scoop, prepare, and serve gelato, cones, and related products to company standards, safeguarding quality throughout

• Maintain in-boutique presentation, ambiance, and signage/POSM standards

• Handle feedback and complaints with warmth, ensuring consistent service quality

Sales & Customer Insights

• Support boutique sales targets and share customer and operational insights with the Boutique Manager to improve sales and experience

Facilities & Compliance

• Uphold health and safety standards, and coordinate equipment/premises maintenance with external vendors

Requirements

· Diploma or higher

· Proficient with Microsoft Office (excel, word) & Google Suites (google sheet, doc)

· Shift work (5-day work week, including weekends & Public Holidays)
