Product Manager - Platforms & Digital UX

Job Summary

Define and lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to deliver complex digital products in Financial Services/Insurance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to translate business needs into successful product outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives to guide product development
• Prioritize product backlog by evaluating evolving business needs and requirements to optimize delivery focus
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Marketing, and Business stakeholders to translate requirements into detailed product specifications for development teams
• Analyze and optimize business processes by identifying and proposing effective product features and solutions that enhance operational efficiency
• Develop user stories and acceptance criteria; review test plans and scenarios; conduct user acceptance testing to ensure product quality and functionality
• Monitor project deliverables to ensure timely and successful completion of initiatives according to plan
• Present project plans, progress updates, and results to senior leadership to support informed decision-making
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to product development and delivery to mitigate risks

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience delivering digital products or platforms in the Financial Services or Insurance industry
• Proven ability to manage and deliver complex digital products or platforms at scale
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders in fast-paced environments to align priorities and expectations
• Skilled in stakeholder management at senior and executive levels to facilitate collaboration and decision-making
• Apply strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills to product development challenges and opportunities
• Demonstrate self-motivation, adaptability to change, and resilience in dynamic environments
• Maintain a solution-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn continuously
