Project Manager, Application Upgrade Project

Responsibilities:

•     Lead end-to-end delivery of assigned bankingprojects, ensuring alignment with client objectives, timelines, and governancestandards

•     Serve as the primary point of contact betweenconsulting firm, client stakeholders, and third-party vendors to ensure smoothexecution

•     Develop and maintain project plans, scope,schedules, and resource allocation in coordination with client teams

•     Monitor progress, manage risks and issues,and implement corrective actions to ensure successful delivery

•     Facilitate project meetings, steeringcommittee sessions, and provide progress updates to internal and clientmanagement

•     Oversee solution design, testing, anddeployment phases, ensuring quality and alignment with objectives

•     Support change management and stakeholdercommunication initiatives

•     Ensure adherence to client methodologies,documentation standards, and regulatory requirements

•     Mentor and guide project team members,including consultants and client staff, to foster collaboration andproductivity

Requirements:

•     Bachelor's degree in Computer Science,Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.

•     At least 5 years of experience in a ProjectManagement Office (PMO) role in banking industry.

•     Proven track record in end-to-end applicationupgrade projects

•     Experience in managing enterprise softwareapplications, application modernization, system implementation, or applicationupgrade initiatives.

•     Proven experience leading end-to-end softwareapplication lifecycle activities, including requirements analysis, solutiondesign, development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.

•     Strong understanding of software applicationdelivery frameworks, including Waterfall and Agile practices.

•     Experience managing application upgrade,migration, modernization, or cloud/SaaS transformation projects within complexenterprise environments.

•     Experience overseeing software vendors,development teams, system integrators, and technical delivery partners.

•     Ability to evaluate technical solutions andprovide governance over application quality, security, performance,scalability, and operational readiness
