Operations Assistant - Golf Driving Range

Not a Desk Job. Not the Same Routine Every Day. Join our golf driving range operations team in Joo Koon. No golf experience required — training provided.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and check driving range bays, auto-tee machines, golf balls and equipment.
• Assist guests with their driving range experience and day-to-day enquiries.
• Monitor the range to ensure it remains clean, safe and ready for operation.
• Carry out routine checks on equipment and facilities.
• Assist with opening, closing and daily operational procedures.
• Support events, activities and other operational requirements.
• Coordinate with Front Desk, F&B and Maintenance teams when needed.
• Report equipment faults, maintenance issues or safety concerns to your supervisor.
• Operate buggy when required, following training and safety procedures.
• Support other duties assigned by the supervisor.

• Enjoys hands-on, active work rather than sitting behind a desk.
• Likes interacting with people and helping customers.
• Is responsible, practical and willing to learn.
• Takes initiative and works well both independently and as part of a team.
• Is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Has an interest in golf, sports or leisure — but prior golf experience is not required.

Requirements

• Customer service, hospitality, sports, leisure or facility experience is an advantage.
• Able to communicate bilingual (English and Chinese) effectively.
• Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Comfortable with a physically active, hands-on role.
