- Reports to the Subcontracts Manager
- Carry-out quantity take-off based on drawings
- Processing of payments and payment related tasks
- Review Subcontractor’s payment claim and prepare payment response
- Budgetary review of Subcontractor’s claim issue
- Manage Subcontract issues from time to time
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Civil Engineering or equivalent
- At least 3 years’ working experience as QS
- Communication with Client/ Subcon/ Design / Planning / Construction team to deal with contract issues
- Negotiation with Subcontractor for settlement
- Continuous focus on site issues so the site progress not to be hindered by commercial issues
- Self-motivated and Good Leadership
