Site Supervisor

· Responsible for Project coordinator, manager to plan, manage and ensure smooth implementation and monitor of projects assigned from inception to completion on time and of desired quality

· Ensure performance complies with specifications, technical clarifications, and drawings.

· Responsible for effective site administration which include site safety and control of materials and machinery on site

· To ensure delivered construction materials are of specified requirements

· Prepare daily site reports, take site progress, check and take site measurements

· Minimise material and manpower wastage

· Handle labour and supplier disputes

· Conduct daily toolbox meeting

· Able to rectify and supervise works done on site

· Able to work on weekend/public holiday.

· Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

· Minimum Certificate requirement in Safety Supervisor

· Strong technical knowledge and capability to solve technical and site issues

· Check daily attendance of workers for late arrival, absence, false claim, etc

· Able to communicate with Mandarin speaking contractors

· Strong communication skills

· Willing to work at dusty environment
