Montessori Directress /Preschool educator

Seeking passionate educators for Montessori Directress (Lead Educator) at Thomson to foster child development through Montessori principles.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain a nurturing Montessori environment that supports children’s independent learning and development
• Guide children’s learning activities according to Montessori principles to promote holistic growth
• Observe and document each child’s individual progress to tailor support effectively
• Communicate clearly and regularly with parents and colleagues to ensure alignment on children’s development
• Assist in implementing classroom routines and daily programmes to maintain smooth operations
• Ensure children’s safety and well-being by monitoring the environment and responding promptly to needs

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Montessori certification preferred
• L1/L2 Early Childhood qualification recognised by ECDA
• Demonstrate willingness to learn and support the Montessori approach
