We are a leading construction equipment rental company, specializing in mobile cranes, crawler cranes, excavators, boom lifts, scissor lifts and other heavy machinery for the construction and industrial sectors. We are looking for an experienced Mobile / Crawler Crane Operator to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

• Operate mobile and crawler cranes safely on various job sites across Singapore, primarily in the construction and industrial sectors.
• Perform routine checks and maintenance on the cranes to ensure they are in safe working condition at all times.
• Troubleshoot and report any crane issues immediately, ensuring minimal downtime for our equipment.
• Ensure all work is done in compliance with safety guidelines, contributing to a hazard-free work environment.
• Assist with other tasks on-site as required, such as rigging and securing loads, depending on project needs.
• Be adaptable to working on different project sites, with the ability to operate multiple types of cranes and equipment as required.

Requirements:

• BCA-approved Crane Operator certification and valid Safety Orientation Course certificate (necessary for operation of mobile and crawler cranes).
• At least 1 year of crane operation experience in a construction or equipment rental environment. However, if you have 5+ years of relevant crane operation experience, you will be eligible for a Sign-On Incentive (terms and conditions apply).
• Strong safety awareness and basic mechanical knowledge to handle routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment.
• Good hand-eye coordination, strong communication skills, and ability to follow instructions closely.
• Able to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Willing to travel to different project sites across Singapore and operate different types of equipment depending on the project needs.
• Previous experience with equipment rental is a plus, though not required.
