Job Summary

You will provide attentive and efficient service to guests at an Italian restaurant on Keong Saik Road, working six days a week with split shifts, including weekends and public holidays, ensuring a positive dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests promptly to create a welcoming atmosphere
• Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas to uphold hygiene standards
• Collaborate with kitchen and team members to coordinate smooth service during split shifts
• Manage guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally during busy periods including weekends and public holidays
