Duration: 12 months

Salary: Up to $3150 + 1 month bonus

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for daily processing of policy servicing transactions efficiently and accurately. Daily policy servicing transactions includes but not limited to:
• Ensure department’s defined service standards and TATs are met.
• Ensure compliance with the relevant business standards and regulations.
• Client Level Creation / Changes – For e.g. create or update clients’ personal particulars and contact details.
• Changes at Policy Level : For e.g. change in premium frequency / payment method, nomination of beneficiary, reinstatement / assignment.
• Payouts for Policy Values : For e.g. maturity / surrender / withdrawal payout.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum GCE A Levels or Diploma with relevant experience in the insurance industry
• CLI, ILP, FNA or M5, M8, M9, HI (Preferred)
