Senior Low-Code Engineer

Role Purpose

To lead the design and delivery of more complex low-code solutions in Salesforce CRM, ensuring quality, consistency, maintainability, and sound configuration practices across enhancements and support changes.

Years of Experience

4–6 years

of relevant experience in Salesforce CRM configuration, technical delivery, and support of enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement higher-complexity declarative solutions across Salesforce CRM modules and business processes.
• Review solution designs and configurations produced by other engineers to ensure consistency and quality.
• Handle more complex changes involving automation, UI behaviour, object relationships, and business rules.
• Advise when a requirement should remain declarative versus requiring custom development or integration support.
• Support root cause analysis for production issues involving configuration, data behaviour, and platform automation.
• Define and uphold configuration standards, documentation quality, and deployment discipline.
• Work closely with architects and DevSecOps engineers to ensure changes are safe and supportable.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce CRM / Salesforce Service Cloud configuration.
• Proven ability to deliver scalable declarative solutions for service and case management processes.
• Experience in peer review, technical guidance, or quality oversight.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Salesforce certification(s) – Platform App Builder or Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer I.

Preferred

• Experience in multi-team delivery and live support environments.
• Salesforce certification(s) – Agentforce Specialist.
