• Working Hours: Mon – Fri (8.30am – 5.15pm)

About the Roe:

We are looking for an Accounts Executive with hands-on experience in Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), month-end closing and reconciliations. This role is suitable for candidates with around3–5 years of accounting experience who are comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Job Scope:

• Handle day-to-day accounting transactions including Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL)and journal entries
• Support month-end financial closing and preparation of management reports
• Process AP invoicesand payments accurately and on time
• Perform AP ledger and bank reconciliations
• Prepare monthly cashflow and audit schedules
• Prepare and submit monthly GST returns
• Generate and analyse inventory reports and perform reconciliation between SAP and inventory records
• Maintain the Fixed Asset Register
• Update monthly foreign exchange rates
• Create and maintain AP vendor records in SAP
• Assist with annual budgeting and forecasting
• Assist with tax computation and related tax schedules
• Support intercompany transfer pricing documentation
• Assist in preparation of monthly management/board reporting
• Support external audit requirements and other finance-related matters
• Handle other ad-hoc accounting and administrative duties as assigned

Requirement:

• Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance or equivalent
• Around 3–7 years of relevant accounting experience
• Good hands-on experience in AP and GL
• Experience with month-end closing, journal entries and reconciliations
• Experience or knowledge of SAP ERP is highly preferred
