AI Producer

Role Summary

The Creative AI Producer turns creative direction into finished deliverables, using Beach House Playground, the studio's generative production pipeline. In this role, you are accountable for how the work is made and whether it holds up on both technical and creative terms.

You deliver consistency and continuously iterate on workflows, building the prompt and reference systems that make the work repeatable, rather than a one-off result. This role requires a person with deep production knowledge and the ability to work seamlessly through hybrid workflows, deciding what methodology is utilized in order to uphold our creative standards.

What you will own

Generative Production

• Producing video, image and motion output through the Playground pipeline to the standard set by the Creative Director.

• Model and tool selection at shot and asset level, and the parameters behind them.

• Prompt and reference systems for each engagement.

• Planning the split between live action and generated material, with the Creative Director and Project Manager.

Consistency and Asset Systems

• Character, location and style consistency across an asset set, a campaign and its versions.

• Reusable asset libraries that make repeat and follow on work faster and cheaper.

• Long form to short form adaptation and platform versioning.

Pipeline and Quality

• Maintaining and improving the production pipeline, and evaluating new tools and models for adoption.

• Technical quality control on generated output, including artefact detection and delivery specifi cation compliance.

• Documenting methods and settings so capability transfers to other operators.

Risk and Compliance

• Flagging provenance, likeness and rights risk in generated material, and escalating to the Creative Director and group counsel.

• Maintaining records of tools, inputs and references used on each engagement.

The Ideal Candidate

You come from a Director/Producer background who has hands-on technical skills or from a visual craft discipline: VFX, motion design, post production with an exceptionally strong demo reel that demonstrates your creative thinking and judgment. That judgement is the part of you being hired, because the tools will be replaced several times over and the eye and taste will not.

Your reel demonstrates consistency and real uses of AI in parts of your work. Producing one striking image is common in this space, but holding the same character across twelve shots, in three aspect ratios, in two languages, so that it still reads as one piece of work, is rare. That is one of the strongest things you can show, and it matters more than the length of a tool list.

You will work systematically with our AI team to continuously improve and strengthen our production workflows. You keep your settings, name your files, can explain why a shot worked and reproduce it a month later. A new model release is something to test properly, not something to adopt on impulse or dismiss on principle.

You will be the most knowledgeable person in the building on what the pipeline can and cannot do, and saying so clearly, when an idea isn't achievable in the time available. This role is a special blend of not just execution, but being able to see and hold the creative vision along the way.

Required

• Five or more years in VFX, motion design, post production or a comparable visual craft discipline or a Directing/Producing background with technical skills..

• A demonstrable body of generative work, presented as a reel, showing consistency across a set rather than isolated single images.

• Practical command of current generative video and image tooling, and the judgement to know when each is the right choice.

• Working knowledge of professional post production workflows and delivery specifications.

• Able to take creative direction and deliver against it without needing supervision

Nice to Have

• Experience on commercial or broadcast productions with formal delivery requirements.

• Compositing, grading or editing capability alongside generative craft.
