Senior Recruitment Consultant (Technology)

We are seeking an experienced IT Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will bring at least 3 years of hands-on recruitment experience, a strong understanding of the IT talent landscape, and the ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes with confidence and independence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing IT candidates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their technical hiring needs.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates across multiple platforms.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive IT talent.
• Negotiate offers and support both clients and candidates through the onboarding process.
• Meet individual and team recruitment targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Stay up to date with IT market trends, technologies, and recruitment best practices.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience as a Recruitment Consultant (IT sector experience essential).
• Proven track record in candidate sourcing and successful placements.
• Prior experience in business development is a plus
• Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented.
