ELECTRICIAN

JOB SUMMARY:

Electrician Duties - Responsible for inspecting, maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing electrical tools, power tools, Band Saws and equipment used at construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Inspect electrical tools, power tools, cables, plugs, switches and related equipment regularly.
• Diagnose electrical faults and carry out necessary repairs.
• Repair and maintain construction tools and equipment such as drills, grinders, cutting machines, welding machines and other electrical tools.
• Replace faulty electrical components, cables, plugs, switches, fuses and other parts where required.
• Conduct testing after repairs to ensure tools are safe and operating properly.
• Carry out preventive maintenance to reduce equipment breakdowns.
• Identify damaged or unsafe tools and recommend repair or replacement.
• Maintain proper records of tools repaired, parts replaced and maintenance carried out.
• Ensure all repaired tools comply with workplace safety requirements before returning them for use.
• Coordinate with site supervisors and workers regarding faulty or damaged tools.
• Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with company procedures and safety requirements.
• Perform other electrical maintenance and repair duties as assigned by the management.
• Ensure all inventory transactions are completed within set timelines to maintain stock accuracy
• Maintain good housekeeping and overall cleanliness to ensure a safe working environment in the warehouse
• Perform ad-hoc job duties as assigned by management to support warehouse operations
• forklift license will be an added advantage
• Warehouse located at Tuas Bay Close, Singapore 636996
• Possess own transport (Motorbike) (Transport allowance will be given accordingly)
