Job Summary

Support BrainFit’s weekend operations by managing enquiries, processing registrations and payments, maintaining online records, and creating a welcoming environment for parents and students.

Responsibilities

• Learn BrainFit’s programmes and processes to provide accurate information to parents and students
• Respond promptly and clearly to programme enquiries via walk-in, phone, and online channels to assist parents and students
• Process student registrations and payments accurately to ensure smooth enrolment and financial tracking
• Operate and update Scheduling, Invoicing, and other online systems to maintain organized and current records
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and welcoming front desk and common areas to create a positive environment for visitors

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum ‘A’ levels or Diploma in any field

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Demonstrate experience in customer service, especially within the education industry
• Communicate effectively with parents and students to support their needs
• Maintain a positive outlook and pleasant disposition when interacting with customers
