AS400/RPG Developer

Roles & Responsibilities

• Responsible for requirement study, analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to online and batch processing.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation and program specifications.
• Design work units, develop/code programs, compile, and perform unit testing.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of AS400 programming languages, including:
• RPGLE
• CLLE
• CBLLE
• COBOL/CBL
• Work on ISO 8583-related changes for CDM, 2-in-1, and SRM systems.
• Collaborate with relevant technical and business teams to analyse requirements and deliver solutions within agreed timelines.

Candidates with the following experience will have an added advantage:

• In-depth knowledge of ISIS Silverlake system, including newer versions.
• Strong understanding of the Software/System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
• Knowledge of new EMV specifications in NDC/DDC for ATM host systems.
• Experience supporting ATM and SRM machines for Mastercard, VISA, and UPI transactions.
