Business Development Executive (Food Manufacturer)

Our esteemed client in the Manufacturing industry is seeking a Business Development Executive to join their dynamic team:

• Employment Type: Permanent
• Position: Business Development Executive
• Location: North
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours
• Salary Package: Up to $3,600 + Commission + Incentives + AWS + Bonus

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential markets.
• Conduct market and customer research to identify growth opportunities and industry trends.
• Develop and manage sales pipelines in line with business and revenue targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate business enquiries, proposals, tenders and project requirements.
• Support pricing, deal structuring and commercial discussions.
• Develop and implement business development and outbound sales strategies.
• Track business performance and provide regular updates to management.
• Support marketing and go-to-market initiatives for new products or services.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Business, Management or a related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales, business development or project management.
• Valid Class 3 Driving License preferred.
• Willing to travel locally and overseas frequently when required.
