Quantity Surveyor

We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cost estimation, budget management, and contract administration for ongoing projects. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and tender submissions.
• Evaluate and manage project budgets throughout the lifecycle.
• Source, negotiate and liaise with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Conduct site measurements and valuations.
• Prepare progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts.
• Ensure all contractual and financial documentation is in order.
• Coordinate with the project team to ensure cost efficiency and timeline adherence.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering or related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in construction or renovation industry in Singapore.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and quantity surveying software (e.g. CostX, AutoCAD is a bonus).
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluent in English
