PVD Equipment Engineer

Summary:

• To ensure equipment performance by maintaining and problem solving(troubleshooting).
• To improve equipment reliability to identify and resolve equipment issues,implement preventive maintenance and upgrades.
• Able to collaborate with production team to ensure meets production requirements

Responsibilities

• Perform line sustaining job function on set-up, conversion and equipment repair to support production loading.
• Develop creative and innovative solutions to problems with considerable initiatives and independent thoughts.
• Communicate with Associate Engineers / Technical Specialist and external vendors to resolve problems.
• Proactively identify problems as well as areas for yield and quality improvements and develop methods to improve productivity and reduce manufacturing cost.
• In-charge of metallization equipment and process knowledge is preferred.
• All aspect of Thin Film (EWLB and WLB)

Requirement :

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science,Chemical Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, with a focus onwafer-level packaging processes such as EWLB.
• Proficiency in statistical process control (SPC) and design of experiments(DOE).
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and able to lead a team.
