Job Summary
Support administrative and recruitment functions to enhance business operations and client engagement in a dynamic financial services environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to ensure smooth office operations
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and follow-ups with clients, candidates, and business partners to maintain effective communication
- Manage calendars and organize internal and external meetings and company events to optimize time management
- Support recruitment by sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate records to facilitate hiring processes
- Manage LinkedIn outreach by connecting with prospective candidates and business contacts to expand recruitment networks
- Schedule recruitment interviews and networking appointments generated through LinkedIn to streamline candidate engagement
- Conduct market research to support business development initiatives and inform strategic decisions
- Assist in business-oriented matters and operational projects to contribute to company growth and efficiency
- Perform vendor negotiations and procurement activities to secure business needs cost-effectively
- Execute any other ad-hoc duties as assigned to support team and organizational goals
Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum Higher Nitec in any discipline
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Good verbal and written communication skills to ensure clear and effective interactions
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Ability to work independently to complete tasks with minimal supervision
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Students and undergraduates are welcomed to apply
Other Information
Working Hours & Salary:
- At least 3 days a week, 10 am – 6 pm (1 hour lunch break)
- $15 per hour
