- Ensure all applications and documentation are properly filed and updated.
- Keep updated on MOM rules, regulations and work pass requirements.
- Coordinate with employers, candidates and relevant parties on application matters.
- Handle enquiries and provide timely follow-up.
- Assist management with daily employment agency operations and administrative matters.
- Ensure all work is carried out accurately, responsibly and in accordance with applicable requirements.
