Job Summary

You will oversee daily site operations to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and meets project specifications. You will coordinate site activities, supervise workers and subcontractors, and maintain compliance with safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site operations to ensure work aligns with project drawings and specifications
• Coordinate activities with subcontractors, suppliers, and project team to maintain workflow and schedule
• Monitor site progress and provide timely reports to management for informed decision-making
• Conduct site inspections to identify and resolve technical and operational issues promptly
• Enforce workplace safety compliance according to WSH regulations to maintain a safe work environment
• Prepare clear and accurate site reports, records, and documentation for project tracking
• Participate in site meetings to communicate updates and coordinate project requirements

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in construction or renovation works
• Basic knowledge of construction processes, materials, and site coordination
• Ability to read and interpret basic construction drawings
• Effective communication and coordination skills to liaise with teams and subcontractors
• Responsible and proactive work approach with the ability to work independently
• Willingness to travel to various job sites across Singapore
