Program Director
About this job
Only Singaporean or Permanent Resident may apply.
Family Business Network Asia (FBN Asia) has a defined framework, a growing membership across the region, and a portfolio of programs — peer circles, masterclasses, family retreats, governance workshops and summits. What we need now is a single owner who can turn that portfolio into a coherent, member-facing journey — designing what is missing, orchestrating delivery across markets, and making sure every member can always see what comes next for their family.
This is a senior, hands-on design-and-orchestration role. The Program Director owns the program and content experience across Asia end to end.
What you will own
1. The program portfolio & the framework
• Own the full program portfolio and map every program to its circle(s) and stage(s) on the Family Journey Map.
• Run a portfolio gap analysis and build a rolling24-month content & masterclass roadmap
• Drive consistent program language and tagging across all markets, so members and staff describe the journey the same way everywhere.
2.Program & content design
• Design learning experiences — cohorts, masterclasses, retreats, peer circles — that are rigorous, intimate, and appropriate for a high-net-worth, multi-generational family audience.
• Hold the FBN design DNA: roughly 70% peer learning, 30% expert guidance. Protect that balance as the portfolio scales.
• Curate and brief expert faculty and facilitators, and shape content so it builds genuine strength across Self, Family, and Business.
3.Orchestration across markets
• Coordinate delivery across country chapters: country heads run local activation, while you ensure regional coherence, quality, and a shared standard.
• Build and steward the moderator and facilitator network — recruitment, training, calibration, and a consistent vocabulary across the region.
• Sequence the regional calendar — programs, masterclasses, forums, and summits — so it reads as one journey rather than a series of disconnected events.
4. The data loop & member journey
• Work with the Family and guide members to the right next program
• Use participation and outcome data to identify portfolio gaps. programs are the engine that keeps families engaged year over year.
• Define what success at each stage looks like for members, and design the on-ramps that move them forward.
5.Quality & experience
• Set the quality bar for every member touchpoint— content, facilitation, materials, and follow-through.
Build lightweight feedback loops with members, moderators, and faculty, and iterate the portfolio accordingly.
