Executive / Senior Executive, Clinic Operations

Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support for School based screening and therapy programs, including managing enrollment processes, scheduling sessions, maintaining documentation, generating monthly billing, and liaising with schools and families.

Manage billing and payments related to school-based services, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.

Assist with front desk operations, including handling business WhatsApp, emails, counter duties, and payment collection. Maintain professional and efficient client communications through WhatsApp and email.

Support school-based service accounts by managing the end-to-end process, including initial screenings, scheduling therapy sessions, and coordinating with preschool personnel and parents with professionalism.

Assist in fulfilling clinic-based sales activities, ensuring smooth operational support.

Key Skillsets:

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow through on tasks.

Highly disciplined, self-motivated, and proactive.

Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, LLM models like ChatGPT, Claude, etc., and other software is essential.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with families and external stakeholders.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.

Strong command of English, both written and verbal.

TIMINGS: TUESDAY - SATURDAY 9AM - 6PM
