About the role

Perform routine maintenance and repairs for Co-living Company.

Key responsibilities

• Repair doors, windows, locks, cabinets, and other fixtures

• Perform painting work

• Troubleshoot and fix minor electrical issues (lighting, switches, sockets)

• Carry out basic plumbing repairs, including leaks, clogged drains, and pipe fittings

• Basic air condition servicing and trouble shooting

• Conduct regular inspections of premises and equipment

• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and service calls

• Perform preventive maintenance to minimize equipment downtime

• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition

• Relocate furniture from apartment to apartment as per tenant request

Job requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in maintenance

• Proactive and able to work independently

• Good communication skill with tenants

• Own a motor bike to travel around

• Class 3A license to drive van
