LOGISTICS OFFICER

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the entire order cycle, from origin warehouse to final destination.

• Negotiate shipping rates and contracts with transport providers, suppliers, and freight forwarders.

• Track outbound and inbound shipments, optimize routing, and resolve any transit delays.

• Maintain accurate inventory records, monitor stock levels, and oversee warehouse capacity.

• Ensure strict compliance with health and safety regulations, international shipping laws, and customs requirements.

• Analyze supply chain performance data to identify operational bottlenecks and implement cost-saving improvements.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator, Logistics Officer, or similar supply chain role.

• Proficiency with standard logistics management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or specialized WMS/TMS platforms).

• Solid understanding of international shipping protocols, Incoterms, and customs clearance processes.
