FOOD TRUCK MANAGER @ Gardens by the Bay

We are launching a new food truck concept at Gardens by the Bay

We are looking for a hands-on Food Truck Manager / Outlet Manager to take charge of the day-to-day operation and help grow the concept with us.

This is suitable for someone who enjoys both operations and people management, and wants more ownership than a normal supervisor role.

Salary & Benefits

• Basic salary: $3,500/month
• 5% monthly profit sharing when the outlet is profitable (Sales Target)
• 6-day work week
• 10-hour shift including 1-hour break
• Opportunity to grow together with a new concept

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily food truck operations
• Lead and supervise full-time and part-time staff
• Prepare staff roster and manpower planning
• Ensure smooth opening and closing
• Maintain food quality and service standards
• Monitor stock, ordering, wastage and portion control
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene and food safety standards
• Monitor equipment and report maintenance issues
• Manage customer service and resolve operational issues
• Monitor daily sales and outlet performance
• Work towards a monthly sales target
• Control manpower and operating costs
• Support marketing campaigns, promotions and customer activations
• Train and develop the team
• Report performance and operational issues to management

Who We Are Looking For

• Previous experience in F&B operations, outlet management, kitchen operations or supervisory roles preferred
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong sense of responsibility and ownership
• Able to lead and motivate a team
• Hands-on and willing to help wherever required
• Good customer service and communication skills
• Able to work weekends and public holidays
• Comfortable with basic sales, costing and operational numbers

What matters most is that you are responsible, willing to learn/guide and comfortable taking ownership of an outlet.
