Duties & responsibilities:
1. Schedules and works planning for workers.
2. Coordinate and timeline from start to completion of works.
3. Liase with main contractor for job schedules and ensure materials are in place prior to start of work.
4. Monitor overtime and claims for all workers.
5. Ensure well being for all workers.
6. Ensure quality of work, good workmanship and completions timeline
7. Ensure workers observed safety rule and regulations are strictly comply with site requirements.
8. Report daily activities to the superior.
