Salary: Basic up $3200

Working days: 5.125 days

Working hours: 44 hrs (Mon-Thurs: 9am-6:15pm | Fri: 9am-6pm | One Saturday: 9am-1pm)

Location: Macpherson

Job Duties:

• Prepare administrative and payments to suppliers, including payment vouchers and supporting documents

• Process vehicle transactions such as ownership transfer, number retention/replacement, de-registration, and LTA submissions.

• Handle payment processing, refunds, commissions calculation, and reconciliation of used car sales and purchase transactions.

• Maintain accurate records by updating control lists, posting payment documents as assigned.

Requirement:

• NITEC in Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent certifications.

• Possess at least 1 years of Accounting experience

• Prior Experience in the Automotive industry is highly advantageous.
