Operation Executive

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operation Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting project management activities within our projects. This individual will be responsible for ensuring smooth project operations, coordinating with various stakeholders, and facilitating the timely execution of project deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

· Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams for deployment of projects and waste audits activities.

· Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including proposals, and reports.

· Participate in and support on-site waste audit activities, including working in operational waste environments such as bin centres, waste collection areas and back-of-house areas at shopping malls, hotels, commercial buildings and other client premises.

· Coordinate waste audit and project deployment activities to ensure timeline and schedule are met.

· Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.

· Monitor deployment project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.

· Maintain accurate project records, including budgets, expenses, and resource allocations.

· Organize and facilitate project meetings, workshops, and training sessions as required.

· Support the implementation of project management best practices and process improvements.

Qualifications:

· Nitec/Diploma and above with at least 2 years’ experience in operations or coordination role.

· Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.

· Detail-oriented and results-driven, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

· Willing and comfortable to work in waste audit environments when required, including bin centres and waste handling areas, with potential exposure to waste materials, odours, heat and non-air-conditioned conditions. Appropriate PPE and safety procedures must be followed at all times.

· Willing to take a hands-on approach to waste audit activities, including waste sorting, weighing, categorisation, data collection and documentation when required.

· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
