KYC Senior Officer (Checker)

Our client is one of the largest financial services companies in the world, and they are currently seeking a KYC Operations Officer to join their team in Singapore.

Your new role

• Complete accurate KYC profiles in a timely manner for new customers or update existing profiles using internal systems and due diligence procedures
• Perform screening on all new/existing customers, related parties, and third-party payment requests
• Collaborate with the Front Office and Client On-Boarding Team to source additional documentation when information is not publicly available
• Review and prepare KYC documentation for approval by the Quality Control team in London, ensuring clear rationale and professional presentation

What you'll need to succeed

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in KYC or client onboarding
• Strong analytical skills and ability to present documentation clearly and concisely
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
