💰 $4,200 – $4,800/month | 📅 1-Year Contract
Seeking an experienced Adjunct Operations Manager to oversee school operations, facilities and safety matters, including duties as the school's Senior Fire Safety Manager (SFSM). 🔥
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- 🏫 Manage daily school operations, facilities and maintenance
- 👥 Supervise support staff, vendors and contractors
- 🔥 Oversee fire safety, emergency preparedness and premises checks
- 📋 Maintain safety documentation and support emergency plans
- 🛠️ Support school events, projects, budgets and operational matters
🎓 Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent, preferably in Estate/Facilities Management
- 🔥 Valid SFSM Certificate
- 💼 Relevant facilities, estate, logistics, safety or school operations experience preferred
- 💻 Good Microsoft Office and IT skills
- 🤝 Strong organisational, managerial and interpersonal skills
- ✅ Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
🕐 Working Hours
Mon–Thu: 8:30am–6:00pm | Fri: 8:30am–5:30pm
1-hour lunch break included. Time off provided for work beyond hours.
📅 Contract: Dec 2026 – Nov 2027
🚫 No service on weekends & gazetted public holidays
