Accounts Executive (Bukit Merah)

🟡Working location: Henderson Area (Nearest MRT: Redhill / Tiong Bahru)

🟡Working hours: 9.00am – 6.00pm, Mon – Fri

🟡Salary: up to $4,000

Our client is looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage a full set of accounts across multiple entities. If you are someone who takes pride in accurate financial reporting and enjoys working independently — this is the role for you!

Job Duties:

• Manage full set of accounts including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and General Ledger (GL)

• Prepare and submit monthly GST reports in a timely manner

• Perform bank and account reconciliations

• Handle supplier verification and maintain vendor records

• Perform daily collection reconciliation

• Support annual audit and liaise with auditors

• Handle year-end closing for multiple entities

• Prepare and submit government statistical surveys

• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with accounting standards

Requirement:

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking, or equivalent

  Minimum 2-3 years of relevant accounting experience

  Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills

  Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems

  Able to work independently and meet deadlines
