Sales Executive (Hair Care)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Salon Visits & Client Engagement: Visit hair salons regularly to identify potential clients and build strong relationships with salon owners and stylists. Approach and introduce professional hair care products to salon owners, explaining key benefits and differentiators.
• Product Demonstration & Promotion: Demonstrate product usage techniques, including application, benefits, and outcomes.Provide hands-on trials, samples, and product education to encourage adoption and sales.
• Sales Execution & Follow-Up: Secure sales orders and meet individual and team sales targets.Conduct follow-up visits to ensure customer satisfaction, replenish stock, and introduce new products or promotions.
• Knowledge & Expertise Requirements: Possess basic to intermediate knowledge of hair care and hairdressing practices (e.g., hair types, treatments, coloring, styling techniques).Stay updated on product lines, industry trends, and competitor offerings to effectively address customer needs and inquiries.
• Reporting & Feedback: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and market feedback.Report customer insights and suggestions to the sales and marketing team for product and strategy improvements.
