ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

We are a small, lean team and we are looking for a cheerful Assistant to join us! If you are organized, willing to learn, and like getting things done, come work with us.

What You will Do:

• Procurement & Purchasing - Raise POs, follow-up with suppliers, get quotations, and place orders.
• Inventory Management - Check ensure office +project materials are available
• Office Admin Support - Handle filing, invoices, courier, and general office tasks
• Team Support - Work closely with a lean team. Help out with daily operations and company events

What We are Looking For:

• Attitude first - Cheerful, positive, willing to learn and ask questions
• Organized & Detail-oriented - Good at keeping track of stock and documents
• Team player - Friendly and helpful. Works well in a small team
• Basic computer skills - Excel, Word, Email.
• 1-2 years admin experience - Fresh diploma grads welcome!
