Job Summary

We are seeking an organized and proactive Logistics Coordinator to coordinate the daily schedules of our service and delivery crews. You will play a key role in optimizing routes, ensuring timely service calls, and maintaining efficient logistics for our operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule Optimization: Plan and assign daily routes for service technicians and delivery crews to maximize efficiency and minimize travel time.
• Dispatch Coordination: Monitor real-time schedules, adjust for emergencies, and communicate changes to field teams promptly.
• Customer Service Liaison: Work with clients to confirm appointments, reschedule when necessary, and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
• Resource Allocation: Prepare stock, assign vehicles, equipment, and personnel based on job requirements and availability.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate records of service calls, deliveries, and crew schedules.
• Problem-Solving: Address scheduling conflicts, delays, or last-minute changes with quick and effective solutions.
• Additionally: Perform ad-hoc works as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 1 years in scheduling, dispatching, or logistics planning (service industry preferred).
• Technical Skills: Proficiency Microsoft suite. (Training will be provided)
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
