Field Services Engineer (Medical & Advanced Manufacturing Equipment)

Job Summary

We’re looking for a motivated Engineer to support the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of advanced hardware systems used in healthcare imaging and additive manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on IT, medical, and 3D hardware systems to ensure optimal equipment performance
• Conduct diagnostic checks and repair hardware issues to minimize downtime
• Support pre-sales technical activities by setting up equipment and demonstrating functionality to clients
• Participate in structured, hands-on training to master equipment and tools used in the role
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver timely and effective service to clients
• Communicate professionally with customers to handle service scenarios clearly and effectively
• Work independently with a proactive, detail-oriented approach to complete tasks accurately
• Operate confidently in live, fast-paced, and deadline-driven environments

Required competencies and certifications

• NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Electronics Engineering (or equivalent)

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience servicing hardware in IT, medical, or 3D printing fields
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance schedules and equipment care best practices
